Following a $4 million dollar renovation in 2018, Meridia has opened its doors to share the exciting flavors of the Mediterranean with inspiration from our island’s bounty. Farm to table specials and authentic Mediterranean ingredients make dinner a daily celebration. From handcrafted cocktails in the comfortable lounge to Hapuna Beach ocean views and thoughtful service, Meridia unites global cuisine with local ingredients for delicious, memorable dining. 

Gather at the bar to enjoy the sunset. Begin your evening with our Charcuterie Plate de Maison or the Oyster Crudo. Sip one of Meridia’s handcrafted speciality cocktails or mocktails. Meander to your table and select starters or tapas including Stuffed Piquillos, Frito Misto or Meridia Cataplana. Entree selections might include Branzino (European seabass), Flatbreads, Maui Venison or Mushroom Risotto. A comprehensive wine list enables dinner guests to pair unique wine selections with their dishes.

Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. Our culinary team is also happy to work to personalize meals for those guests with other dietary restrictions. Advance notice is appreciated at time of reservation.

Ikena Landing

The perfect start to the day’s Kohala Coast adventures is a healthy breakfast at ‘Ikena Landing. A comfortable atmosphere and stunning resort and ocean views at ‘Ikena are the ideal combination for a relaxing beginning to every day. Open every morning, ‘Ikena offers a delectable breakfast buffet and a menu of taste-tempting and healthy a la carte options.

At the buffet, select from an abundant display of colorful fruits, cereals, breads, waffles, meats and made-to-order omelets. From the a la carte menu the wide variety of selections include a healthy Acai Bowl or Anahola Granola, Benedict or The Hapuna Ironman and a variety of sides to start the day your way.

The Juicery, our hotel juice bar, serves vibrant, healthy smoothies, selections of coffees and teas and eye-opening cocktails.

Naupaka Beach Grill

No day at Hapuna Beach or frolicking or relaxing poolside is complete without a delicious meal and cooling beverage at Naupaka Beach Grill. Hang out at the bar and enjoy specialty cocktails (21 and over please). Snack on a sharable plate of “Hapunachos” or Furikake Chicken Wings. Choose a cool, crisp island salad, Fresh Catch Sandwich or the Naupaka Lobster Roll. Really worked up an appetite playing the waves? Go for the Poke Bowl, Loco Moco or Kona Long Board Fish & Chips. A children’s menu ensures our youngest guests have a variety of their own palate-pleasing selections.

Refreshing smoothies, local and imported craft beers, cocktails and wines make lingering at Naupaka Beach Grill a pleasant option while enjoying the beachside ambiance. Late afternoons, enjoy Happy Hour at the bar, and then relax to live Hawaiian music as the sun dips below the Kohala Coast's blue horizon. Naupaka Beach Grill offers dinner in our well-appointed space, or you might enjoy a casual poolside evening dining option.

Piko Coffee+Bar

“Piko,” in the Hawaiian language, means center, and this coffee bar is most certainly the center and hub of the resort, with its convenient location one level below the main lobby. Piko has everything from 100 percent Kona coffee to morning lattes and elevated grab-and-go selections, perfect to start a day of exploring the Kohala Coast. In the afternoon and evenings, Piko Coffee+Bar is the place to connect, lounge or relax with an island beverage while enjoying panoramic views of Hapuna Beach.

Early evening “pop-up” specials might include a sushi bar or fun sharable tapas.
