Trans-Pacific travelers with pending test results will no longer get to skip quarantine
Gov. David Ige announced Thursday that trans-Pacific travelers to Hawai‘i who can’t present evidence of a negative COVID-19 test upon arrival won’t be able to bypass the 14-day quarantine. The new restrictions go into effect on Tuesday. Honolulu Star-Advertiser
